MEMBERSHIP COVENANT Christ calls on each of us not only to hear his words but to do them. So we aim to:
1. Read the Bible regularly "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." - Matthew 4:4
2. Pray daily "Rejoice always; pray constantly; give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." - First Thessalonians 5:16-18
3. Come faithfully "Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day drawing near." - Hebrews 10:24,25
4. Work heartily "Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." - First Corinthians 15:58
5. Live uprightly "How can we who died to sin still live in it?" - Romans 6:2
6. Witness boldly "Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, of him will the Son of man be ashamed when he comes in his glory." - Luke 9:26
7. Give cheerfully "He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must do as he has made up his mind, not reluctantly, or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." - Second Corinthians 9:6-8
